There's just empty space where the movie should be.

The movie player didn't load with the page.

Reload the page by clicking the refresh button on your browser or pressing the F5 key. If this doesn't work, you may need a new version of the Flash player, see below.

The Flash player is not installed on your machine or you have an older version of the player that does not support video.

Download the latest version of the player here. The player is FREE and SAFE.

Every time you come back to a page with an embedded movie you get a dialog box asking you to install the Flash player and you have already installed it several times and maybe even got the movies to play.

You may be on a corporate network or you are not logged on as an administrator on your computer. You cannot install any software (including the player) without administrator rights.

Log out and log back in as an administrator. If this is not possible contact your network technical support service or company IT department.

The movie stutters, starts and stops, hangs or freezes.

You are on a slow connection (dial-up) or the network you use to access the internet (ISP, LAN, corporate network) is too busy or experiencing difficulties.

The movie will take time to download. Turn the volume off and wait for the movie to download fully. Once it's downloaded it'll be stored on you computer's cache and will play normally. Alternatively, look out for lower bandwidth options available throughout the site, such as low res movie clips and screenshots.
